Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician in Orlando, FL. The Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring property compliance with safety standards, and assisting with resident requests. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance, handling work orders, and collaborating with other team members to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and technical skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Experience in routine maintenance tasks and performing inspections
- Knowledge of property safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
