Position Title:
Production Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor provides daily supervision and support to production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production employees across multiple lines and maintain effective working relationships.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP and sanitation rules.
- Coordinate daily production activities and staff assignments.
- Inventory management and accountability.
- Working in company systems related to production.
- Run and improve production and address performance deviations.
- Conduct shift-start meetings, communicate expectations, and maintain documentation.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
- Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Track attendance, timekeeping, and related shift reporting.
- Work with Human Resources for employee disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
