Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role located in Arlington, VA. As an Esthetician at VIDA, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skin care treatments and hair removal services tailored to clients’ needs. You will engage directly with clients to understand their skin care goals, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting and selling products and services to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Skin Care and Hair Removal techniques
• Licensed Cosmetology skills relevant to esthetician services
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional environment
• Proficiency in Sales or upselling products and services tailored to client needs
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Relevant certification from an accredited esthetics program and a valid state license
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, or similar setting is a plus
