Position Overview
The Sales and Partnerships-Senior Manager position will be the face of the company for Vida
Solutions in the United States, and potentially the LAC (Latin America and the Caribbean)
region. They will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in both the B2B and B2C sectors
while advancing our social mission and building long-term partnerships.
Relationships & Representation:
- Reports to New Life International, LLC – S, International Director in lieu of Global Sales
and Partnerships Manager.
- Establish, build and lead the sales vertical in line with the region's growth.
- Represent and build productive relationships with customers, distributors, consumers, and
other sales channels to grow the brand.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Market Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a market expansion strategy that drives
revenue growth and maximizes the organization's impact.
- Leverage strong understanding of sales processes to establish lead generation and
conversion strategies.
- Help Identify new market segments and niches for expansion, and lead initiatives to
penetrate these markets.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase the value of our
products/services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate our unique social mission and business value proposition.
Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve sales targets by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and converting
prospects into customers.
- Continuously track and report sales performance metrics to drive informed decision-
making throughout the manufacturing and logistics operation.
- Build sales channels with grassroot level Self-Help Groups and Cooperatives to make
the company products accessible, including framing strategies for sales trainings.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including networking, referrals,
and online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and challenges to tailor solutions that highlight both product
benefits and social impact.
- Engaging with key customers and partners to foster relationships and ensure client
satisfaction.
Social Impact Communication:
- Seamlessly integrate the social impact narrative into sales discussions, showcasing how
purchases contribute to positive change.
- Share success stories of clients who have aligned with our mission.
Partnership Collaboration:
- Identify & cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations that share our values and
goals.
- Align mission-based partnerships with the company’s social enterprise model which
could lead to the framing of CSR strategy for the company.
- Collaborate with commercial partners to create joint initiatives that enhance brand
visibility and revenue opportunities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Mature follower of Jesus Christ, committed to demonstrate and proclaim the Gospel.
- People and Team Builder through Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and customer
service skills.
- 5 Years of Sales Leadership experience preferably for a medical or manufacturing
company
- English verbal and written communication skills. Fluency and understanding in Spanish
and/or other relevant languages desirable.
- Ability to operate office systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google and other
productivity tools. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems especially for Customer management
and relationship development.
- Ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced environment, especially in disaster
response.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with internal and external
stakeholders, even under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, systems thinking, commitment to quality results, and
attention to detail.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally and to acquire required visas to
USA and target countries.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Business Development (Sales & Marketing Emphasis)
required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of successful experience a regional level.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, long haul international flights and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms at times.
