What You’ll Do
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Director of Operations to support both the front desk and clinical teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily operations, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Multi-Clinic Support: Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed to provide support and ensure consistent operational standards across all sites.
- Experienced Professional: Background in a front office or hospitality role with strong supervisory skills.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare field and a general understanding of health insurance are a plus, but not required.
- Proactive Leader: A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for leadership and excellence.
