Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Compensation:
$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
You’ll be the hub of the clinic, helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
- Coordinate schedules across multiple providers and services
- Manage calls, texts, and follow-ups with clarity and care
- Collect payments and guide patients through financial expectations
- Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage
- Keep clinic flow organized and efficient
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- Support your team and contribute to a high-performing clinic environment
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-first mindset
- Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients
- Quick learner who takes initiative
- Comfortable with computers and systems (EMR experience is a plus)
- Experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but not required
