What are the responsibilities and job description for the HCM Training Specialist (isolved) position at Vida HR?
Purpose:
The HCM Training Specialist is responsible for fostering an environment of learning for both our clients and internal staff by creating and delivering engaging human capital management (HCM) trainings. The HCM Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring that employees and clients are effectively trained on the isolved HCM platform. This includes providing onboarding training to new employees and clients as well as retraining and uptraining to keep employees and clients up to date on new features and functionality within the platform. The HCM Training Specialist will work closely with the Implementation, Client Success, and other departments to identify training needs and develop and deliver targeted training programs. This may include creating training materials and documentation, conducting live training sessions and webinars, and providing ongoing support and resources to ensure that employees and clients are able to effectively use the platform.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Conducting onboarding training for new clients and internal employees to introduce them to the features and functionality of isolved. This includes all modules, including time and attendance.
· Providing ongoing support to clients and internal employees to ensure that they are able to effectively use the software to manage HR and payroll tasks
· Developing and delivering training materials and presentations, including written guides, video tutorials, webinars, and occasional sales demos.
· Collaborating with the isolved support team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that clients or internal employees may encounter while using the software.
· Keeping up to date with the latest features and functionality of isolved and adapting training materials and approaches accordingly.
· Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and feedback from clients and internal employees. The HCM Training Specialist will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
· In addition to providing training, the HCM Training Specialist will also be responsible for managing the training schedule and coordinating with other team members to ensure that all training sessions are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes and the capabilities of isolved.
· Previous training experience highly desired
· 2 years of in-depth isolved payroll and/or training experience
· 5 years high-touch customer service experience.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
· Strong work ethic, team player, high degree of professionalism, and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
· Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to research and find solutions independently.
· Organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
· A general understanding of payroll administration and Federal/State labor laws including FLSA/FLSA fact sheets and state specific wage & hour law resources.
· Bachelor's degree preferred but can be substituted for relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
