Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Vida Healing Arts is a full-time, remote position based in eastern time zone. In this role, the team member will contact incoming leads (new followers via meta ads) and existing followers on Instagram and Facebook to qualify them, and then schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage follow-up calls. Daily responsibilities include sending a certain number of outbound messages, answering inquiries, providing clear information about services, updating records, and coordinating schedules to optimize provider availability. The Appointment Setter will collaborate closely with practitioners and administrative staff to ensure a smooth client experience and efficient appointment flow.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Consultative SALES. You are selling the consult. Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to efficiently manage client bookings and calendars.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify and follow up with potential clients and nurture interest in services.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and maintain a professional client experience.
- Ability to use excel, google suite, scheduling and CRM or practice management software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time from 11 am to 6 pm ET Monday-Saturday
