Design Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Design Engineer to play a key role in creating and improving products that support critical applications. This position will be responsible for guiding product development from early ideas through launch, while also driving initiatives to enhance product value, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate & Develop: Lead and contribute to the design of new products, from concept sketches through prototypes and final validation.
• Launch Products: Oversee the commercialization process, ensuring new solutions are ready for the market and meet performance and compliance standards.
• Optimize Designs: Identify opportunities to refine existing products for greater efficiency, cost savings, and customer value.
• Hands-on Design Work: Create detailed models and drawings, conduct analysis, and support testing activities.
• Manage Projects: Track milestones, resources, and budgets to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Collaborate Broadly: Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing teams to align product design with business and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in product design or development, including testing and validation.
• A solid foundation in mechanical design principles and materials.
• Familiarity with CAD software; knowledge of FEA, simulation, or prototyping tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions.
• Drive to learn, grow, and expand your expertise in engineering.
