An established and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join its busy and supportive team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing estate matters from inception through to completion, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure a high standard of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage estate administration matters from opening through closing.
- Prepare probate petitions, inventories, accountings, inheritance tax returns, receipts and releases, and other court-related filings.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
- Gather, review, and organise financial information, asset documentation, and estate records.
- Prepare estate accountings and reconcile estate bank accounts and financial records.
- Assist with estate distributions and final estate closure.
- Maintain organised case files and monitor important deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and colleagues to ensure matters are progressed accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver compassionate, responsive, and professional client service throughout the estate administration process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in estate administration or probate matters preferred.
- Experience preparing and filing estate returns.
- Strong understanding of the estate administration lifecycle from opening through closing.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Professional and client-focused approach when working with families and beneficiaries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
