Victus Coffee is seeking dedicated individuals who are looking for long-term, meaningful work in specialty coffee to work at our locations in Hartford and Glastonbury, CT.

As a Barista at Victus Coffee, you are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-level coffee experience, from dialing in espresso to engaging customers with clarity and professionalism.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where attention to detail and accountability matter.

Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, sandwiches, and food items with consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Deliver clear, efficient, and thoughtful customer service
- Operate POS systems accurately and responsibly
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support inventory awareness and daily shop operations
- Contribute to a team culture built on respect, accountability, and high standards
