Director of Operations

Role Description

Victress Health and Wellness is hiring a full-time, on-site Director of Operations. This role will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, develop and refine processes, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. You will work closely with clinical and administrative staff to support a joyful, orderly, and purpose-aligned environment. You’ll also help implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also be instrumental in scaling Victress from one location to multiple locations across Ohio. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support operational workflows across all departments
• Develop systems that improve efficiency, organization, and patient experience
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and vendor management
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Partner with leadership to execute strategic goals and clinic growth
• Foster a team culture rooted in communication, order, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3 years of healthcare operations, clinic management, or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with EMRs, compliance standards, and workflow design
• Calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure
• Alignment with the mission and faith-based values of Victress Health and Wellness
• Passion for supporting whole-person healthcare and wellness
