Role Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Victra is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarentum, PA. In this role, the AGM will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, mentoring and coaching team members, resolving customer issues, managing inventory, overseeing store operations, and upholding Victra’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. The AGM will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure the store meets its performance goals while creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to support and guide team members effectively
- Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes to ensure smooth store operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to meet sales goals
- Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is highly preferred
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge or experience with wireless products and services is advantageous
