Weekend Dorm Staff

Dorm Weekend Schedule and Guidelines General Schedule:

• Relaxation: Girls can sleep in on weekends unless grounded.
• Grounded Girls: Must be ready to study at the table by 8 AM.
• Deep Cleaning: Room deep cleaning happens on Saturdays.
• Quiet Time: Scheduled on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Church Attendance (Sunday): Girls attend church either at Victory or off-campus, with attendance plans communicated to staff on the day.
• Shift Times:
• Day Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM.
• Evening Shift: 4 PM - 12 AM.

Cooking Groups:

• Girls will assist with preparing lunch and dinner in assigned cooking groups.
• Staff may reassign girls to different cooking groups based on behavior.

Authority and Conduct:

• Staff Authority: Staff are the ultimate authority during shifts, and girls must respect this without questioning.

On your shift you may need to assist with cooking meals, passing out meds and providing a safe environment for our girls.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
