Shift / Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Weld and drill truck frames to bolt accessories and special mounts to chassis
- Measure and relocate components, such as battery boxes and taillights
- Assemble and install mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies
- Assemble and install hydraulic lines, fittings, and hoses
- Run electrical harnesses into truck cabs and make electrical connections to truck chassis
- Install and remove lift-gates
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional mechanical skills with working knowledge of common tools and equipment used in the mechanic field
- Experience with 12volt automotive wiring (e.g., wiring relays, running heavy gauge battery cables, etc.)
- Experience with lift gate installation
- Ability read a tape measure and convert fractions to the decimal equivalents
- Welding certification considered a plus

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
