Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM *Full-time, in-person, on-site, with some travel required

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Position Overview:

Victory Truck Body is expanding and looking for a high-performing, competitive Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role is built for a driven sales professional who is motivated by winning new business, expanding market share, and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive total compensation package and are fully committed to helping every employee attain their professional and personal goals. The starting annual base salary range for this position is $30,000 - $45,000, plus commission. The salary and commission rate are negotiable and will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and aggressively develop an assigned territory
  • Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
  • Build strategic relationships with leasing companies, fleet managers, municipalities, dealerships, and commercial accounts
  • Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Use demo trucks and conduct professional product presentations
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with urgency and attention to detail
  • Close deals consistently and meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate reporting in CRM
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure strong customer execution
  • Represent Victory Truck Body at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of successful outside sales experience (truck equipment, commercial vehicles, construction, or related B2B industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and high level of accountability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude or understanding of truck bodies and upfitting preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
