Position Overview:
Victory Truck Body is expanding and looking for a high-performing, competitive Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role is built for a driven sales professional who is motivated by winning new business, expanding market share, and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive total compensation package and are fully committed to helping every employee attain their professional and personal goals. The starting annual base salary range for this position is $30,000 - $45,000, plus commission. The salary and commission rate are negotiable and will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and aggressively develop an assigned territory
- Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Build strategic relationships with leasing companies, fleet managers, municipalities, dealerships, and commercial accounts
- Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Use demo trucks and conduct professional product presentations
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with urgency and attention to detail
- Close deals consistently and meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate reporting in CRM
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure strong customer execution
- Represent Victory Truck Body at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications:
- 4 years of successful outside sales experience (truck equipment, commercial vehicles, construction, or related B2B industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and high level of accountability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Mechanical aptitude or understanding of truck bodies and upfitting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
