Job Details

• Salary: From $32,240 to $150,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: San Bruno, CA 94066

Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant at Victory Toyota of San Bruno, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs. You will present both new and pre-owned vehicles professionally and informatively, highlighting features, performance, safety, and financing options. Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle selection and explain model options, features, and value-added products
• Promote purchase and financing options following dealership policies
• Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide clear explanations of vehicle features, warranty coverage, and service requirements during delivery
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
• Stay informed about current vehicles, accessories, financing, and promotions
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational programs as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Professional and dependable with strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to meet goals with limited supervision
• Customer service and safety oriented
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
• Must live locally
