Qualifications

- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation, funding, and disbursement.
- Ability to work on-site in Terre Haute, IN, and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Prior experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing services is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or finance are a plus.
