Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations, including workflow, staffing, and performance
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians and service advisors
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a smooth, consistent experience for every customer
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings typically fall between $65-75,000 annually (base incentives)
