At Victory Tire & Auto, our Service Advisors are the face of the shop—building trust, creating long-term customer relationships, and making sure every guest feels taken care of from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
- Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and follow-through
- Manage appointments, explain recommended services, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Focus on customer retention by creating positive, repeatable experiences
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure a smooth, stress-free visit for every customer
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience writing and selling automotive service, ideally in an independent shop environment.
- A natural ability to build relationships and keep customers coming back
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
