Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Victory Subaru in Somerset, NJ. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, to generate appointments and support the sales team. Daily activities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on internet and showroom leads, and coordinating with sales and service departments to improve customer engagement. Qualifications
