Service Writer/Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greeting our customers in a friendly manor.
- Communicate well with customers, explaining options and conveying messages to the technician and a proper diagnose can be performed on the vehicle.
- Inform customers of all available service specials, completion times, service expenses, and if necessary recalls.
- Follow up on progress of repair by contacting customers by phone or e-mail.
- Making sure all customer's concerns were addressed upon pick up.
- General knowledge of vehicle repairs.
Service Writer/Advisor Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
- Prioritize required services, and offer options
- Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for the customers.
- Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times.
