We are seeking a dedicated and personable Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with orders and inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders accurately using internal data entry and order management systems
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in CRM software
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with existing clients and support new product or service promotions
- Communicate with internal sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and support company goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette and active listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the apparel or footwear industry (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with wholesale accounts, retailers, or key clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe applications, including basic photo editing are a plus
- Bachelor Degree required
Salary : $57,000 - $75,000
