Looking for an experienced, Bilingual (Spanish Speaking), Friendly treatment coordinator for our State-of-the-art multi-specialty dental practice located in North Hollywood. Minimum 5 years of Treatment Coordinator with strong sale skills.

- Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance, ensuring they understand their choices.
- Familiar with Ortho, Perio, Endo, OS and Pedo a plus.
- Coordinate and present financials\Arrange third party financing.
- Follow up on Authorizations.
- Review Patient charts.
- Follow up with pending treatment.
- Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and organized patient care.

- Knowledge of Dentrix is a Plus!
