Victory Motors is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive Bookkeeper to join our team! A minimum of 2 years of Automotive Dealership Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is REQUIRED for this position. This position offers a generous base salary ($55K - $65K to start) in addition to industry leading benefits.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the complete set of books. Previous automotive book-keeping experience is a MUST! We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to get involved with the day-to-day operations of the dealership.

We have been in business for over 40 years, are heavily invested in growth, and focus on building strong community relationships. We are aggressive with our advertising to drive sales and have even been featured on a reality show.

Requirements

• 2 Years Previous Automotive Office Manager / Accounting Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a PLUS
• Ability to work with high performing personnel
• Ability to set priorities and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
