Victory Mazda of San Leandro, part of Victory Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated Internet Sales Representative to join our team. Founded in 1997, our family-owned company operates over 50 locations nationwide and is committed to delivering an outstanding, professional experience to customers and employees alike.

Job Details

• Salary: From 32,240 to 150,000 per year, based on experience
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: San Leandro, CA 94577

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by phone and internet, including scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Coordinate questions and concerns with the appropriate sales and service departments
• Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
• Confirm special order parts and assist sales leads follow-up
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Service departments as needed
• Handle required paperwork, records, and documentation preparation
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
