Our in-house mortgage protection lead program was built and validated before we ever expanded the agent team. It gives agents access to consistent, qualified prospects at a fraction of what leads cost on the open market. Available to all agents, but not mandatory.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work with clients by phone or virtually to identify coverage needs, present solutions, submit applications, and manage your own pipeline.
Product areas include life insurance, mortgage protection, final expense, retirement solutions, and related protection products.
Strong fit for candidates with a background in life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, financial services, real estate, mortgage, solar, roofing, or other commission-based sales roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct phone-based or virtual client consultations
- Present coverage options and run quotes based on client needs
- Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up activity
- Submit business according to carrier and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in training, mentorship, and case support
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Life and Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain before producing
- Experience in commission-based or client-facing sales
- Strong communication, follow-up, and self-management skills
- Professional, coachable, and comfortable working independently
COMPENSATION
1099 independent contractor. Compensation is commission-based and paid directly by carriers.
Starting rates and bonuses are above industry standard. For candidates with a proven track record and verifiable production, we can move substantially on where we start. High producers get a different conversation here than they do at a standard agency.
Lead program access is available at well below typical market cost, keeping your margins intact from day one.
Residual and renewal income available depending on product and carrier.
