We are actively hiring Crew Leaders and Helpers for residential remodeling projects. We stay busy year-round, pay every Friday, and take care of our crews.
Typical Work Includes:
- Flooring Installations
- Cabinet Installations
- Drywall Repairs
- Interior Painting
- Shower Installations
- General Residential Remodeling
Requirements:
- Remodeling experience preferred
- Basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to use basic mobile apps for scheduling and communication
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Take pride in quality workmanship
Crew Leader Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret plans and layouts
- Pass a basic background check
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans and company standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers
- Ability to lead a crew and keep projects moving efficiently
