What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Lathe Machinist / Programmer position at Victory Machine & Fab, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our machine shop team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving complex machining challenges rather than repetitive, high-volume production work. Our shop is not a traditional production environment. We specialize in emergency repairs, one-off parts, and small batch runs, where every day presents new problems to solve and opportunities to apply true machining skill.
Our facility is equipped with Haas, Okuma, Remedy, Monarch, and Prototrak lathes. We are looking for someone capable of taking full ownership of the machining process from start to finish, including process planning, programming, setup, tooling selection, and in-process inspection. Hurco, Haas, Okuma or Toshiba CNC mill experience is a plus.
The shop is also fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable working environment year-round.

Ideal Candidate
