Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases and offer additional products such as extended service contracts and insurance. Your goal will be to ensure all transactions comply with legal and dealership policies while providing a positive customer experience and contributing to maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance options to customers, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service policies in detail
- Work with customers to arrange financing through lenders while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare all required state and federal documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth referral of sales and effective communication regarding finance and lease programs
- Ensure all financing activities adhere to dealership policies and legal requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations

Job Requirements:
- Experience in finance and insurance in the automotive industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision
- Confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Previous dealership experience required
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
