Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Job Title role will involve engaging with homeowners and internal teams to support remodeling projects from initial contact through completion. Daily responsibilities may include communicating project updates, coordinating schedules, gathering and organizing project information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role will also require close collaboration with colleagues across departments to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to a positive team culture, uphold company values, and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
