THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately - As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal: build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. You’ll engage homeowners through outbound phone calls — educating them on Victory’s services and guiding them toward the next step in their home transformation journey.
Make outbound calls to warm leads to generate qualified appointments.
Follow up on inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and web leads.
Deliver an engaging, customer-focused experience with every interaction.
Maintain accurate records and activity notes in our CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

$50,000 - $90,000 first-year salary range (Base salary plus commission and bonuses)
