We are seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join our team Someone who is organized, reliable, dedicated, and compassionate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain caregivers schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, location, and availability
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, caregivers, Agency Manager and other team members.
- Ensure schedules support compliant and quality care
- Manage schedule changes and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Support office operations with compassion and excellent customer service
