Victory Home Care Agency is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our growing team. If you have a heart for helping seniors and enjoy providing one-on-one care, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview
As a caregiver with Victory Home Care Agency, you will provide non-medical, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
- Supporting clients with dementia or chronic conditions
Qualifications:
- Caregiver experience preferred
- HHA or STNA certification required for those roles
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
