We are a broadline distributor with a cash n carry operation delivering quality food, service and custom solutions to foodservice operators and restaurants throughout the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, while driving new business opportunities. This position oversees both sales development and sales management funtions Sales Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for developing and administering the Company’s sales objectives in foodservice, ensuring that product is sold in an orderly manner that meets volume objectives while maximizing revenue. ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team or sales representativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendor partnersWork with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure consistent lead flow. Oversee, review and administer the development of sales forecasts developed by the sales force.Align with operations delivery days in markets to meet and exceed customer expectationsAssist with the recruiting and onboarding of new sales representativesPrepare weekly, monthly sales reportsRepresent the company at sales meetings,conferences, food shows and other events.
