Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Houston, TX. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The representative will also handle sales calls, process orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes building strong relationships with new and existing clients, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
