Overview
Prepare complex manufacturing modeling and drawing solutions of various types of boilers and ancillary equipment utilizing Autodesk Inventor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Modify existing parts, assemblies, details and bills of materials.
- Create new standards and proposal drawings as directed.
- Verify accuracy of models, details and bills of materials of work for self and others.
- Identify and solve complex design problems.
- Structure models, details and BOM in a clear standard.
- Other assignments as needed to support department efficiency and productivity.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating shop fabrication detail drawings for an engineered product (preferably in a variation of boilers, burners, structural and piping).
- Minimum 3 years of piping experience utilizing Inventor is preferred. Tube and Pipe Inventor Add-On a plus but not required.
- Must be able to visualize mechanical systems and be able to produce manufacturing drawings and details.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new designs and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Cloud, To Do).
