Victory Electric Cooperative is seeking a service-driven Member Service Representative (MSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our member-owners. In this fast-paced, high-call-volume role, the MSR provides prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance by phone, email, and in person, using strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain billing, electric usage, service requests, and cooperative programs.
Member Service Representatives help members with outage calls, billing and payment questions, electric usage, service requests, and cooperative programs while promoting a positive and professional experience in every interaction. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who listens carefully, communicates with professionalism and empathy, and can adapt their communication style to meet the members’ needs. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while upholding the Cooperative’s policies and values.
