What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Junior Installer - Custom Closets position at Victory Closets?
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Custom Closet Installer to assist with the installation of our closets and storage systems in residential homes. This job has the potential to grow into a full time role and is a great opportunity for someone with basic carpentry or home improvement experience who enjoys hands-on work. We’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Carpentry students looking to gain hands-on experience while still in school are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Senior Installer on job sites
- Carry parts and materials into customers’ homes
- Help install custom closet systems and shelving
- Follow layout plans, measurements, and installation guidelines
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace in customers' homes
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Basic carpentry, cabinet installation, carpentry student, or general home improvement experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Must complete a background check
