Part time Evening Manager / Lead Commercial Cleaner
Victory Cleaning Co. – Lubbock, TX
Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Evening Hours after 5pm
Victory Cleaning Co. is seeking an experienced, dependable Manager / Lead Commercial Cleaner to oversee our evening cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and holds themselves and others accountable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small team of commercial cleaners.
- Perform quality-control walkthroughs to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards.
- Coordinate daily schedules and employee assignments.
- Manage employee time-off requests and scheduling needs.
- Ensure employees arrive at the correct facility and complete all assigned work.
- Communicate with ownership regarding staffing, schedule changes, and any client concerns.
- Train and coach employees to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Step in and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and employees.
- Must be able to work independently and solve problems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass a background check.
