Overall Role
The Victory Montessori Site Manager will have oversite of the Childcare Center.
Victory Montessori Childcare Site Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the childcare center. This position is responsible for planning and implementing activities, fostering professional relationships with the school personnel, and securing supplies for the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversite to the center in all areas including staffing, enrollment, and operations.
Maintain operational excellence through compliance of all staff and student files.
Conduct center tours, track enrollment, and seek opportunities to grow and expand. Monitor enrollment trends and adjust center classrooms to ensure age groups are aligned with current needs.
Foster positive communication with parents by monitoring staff/ parent communication through the app.
Create and implement centers annual budget. Ensure profit through maximizing enrollment. Control expenses by ensuring center has proper supplies needed. Place all orders for the center.
Work directly with the Center Director to enhance classroom experience through creative curriculum. Evaluate teachers’ performance and conduct annual performance reviews alongside Director.
The ideal candidate will agree with Victory Church’s Statement of faith.
Qualifications:
Level 3 in PDIS, Director Qualified
4 years as a Childcare center Director
Preferred degree in Early Childhood Education
Schedule Monday through Friday
Rate of Pay $24-26.00
Salary : $24 - $26
