Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule service appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
