We are looking for an Automotive Product Specialist to join our sales team. This role is customer-focused and centered on product knowledge, professionalism, and delivering a great buying experience.

Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options
- Develop strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and technology
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Prepare quotes and explain financing and leasing options for new and used vehicles
- Follow up with customers and respond to calls, emails, and messages
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive experience not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must pass a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
