The Role

As an Account Manager, you are the face of the company and the primary advocate for our clients. You won’t just be "selling"—you will be a consultant and a creative partner, guiding coaches and gym owners through the exciting process of bringing their team’s vision to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves building long-term partnerships and thrives on seeing a project through from a rough sketch to the final high-five.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Consulting: Collaborate with clients to design stunning cheer apparel styles that match their team’s brand and personality.
- Process Guide: Walk clients step-by-step through our ordering process, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage.
- Proactive Communication: Be the "voice of victory" by providing lightning-fast responses to customer questions and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Detail Management: Meticulously gather and organize all order details (sizing, colors, logos, and quantities) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Graphic Design team to perfect artwork and our Warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust with clients, turning one-time orders into multi-year partnerships.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is preferred.

- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work strictly within the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday window.
