Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role for all our locations. Please visit our corportate web site for locations.The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles while adhering to safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing inspections, utilizing diagnostic tools, completing repairs efficiently, and documenting service work. The Technician will also communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills related to vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Familiarity with automotive tools, equipment, and safety standards
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting vehicle issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
- Attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards in all tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Certification from an automotive technical program or equivalent training is a plus
- Prior experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not mandatory
