Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, based in Victorville, CA. The role involves answering inbound and making outbound service-related calls, scheduling service appointments, and following up with customers to ensure a positive service experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the customer management system, proactively working with the service team to meet customer needs, and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.
