Schedule
Shift: First shift
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Availability: Flexible availability is required to help cover shifts during staff call-ins, time off, or other staffing needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and benefits include competitive hourly pay, scheduled bi-weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and a benefits package for eligible employees.
· Pay: $17–$19 per hour
· Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
· Bonuses: $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days/390 hours with completed training; $300 employee referral bonus after 90 days.
· Benefits: PTO accrual, paid holidays, paid orientation, 401(k), health insurance, and life insurance.
General Functions and Essentials
The Residential House Manager helps ensure safe, person-centered residential services while maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
· Support daily routines, personal care, life skills, and individual support-plan goals.
· Promote dignity, independence, confidentiality, choice, and respectful communication.
· Assist with community activities, appointments, transportation, employment, and meaningful engagement.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
· Administer medications and complete required documentation accurately and timely.
· Communicate professionally with individuals supported, families, conservators, staff, vendors, and support teams.
· Attend required meetings and trainings and follow agency, state, and funding-source requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support quality residential services.

Required Qualifications
· Must be at least 25 years old and have a high school diploma or GED, as required for ECF staff.
· Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet background, registry, screening, and training requirements.
· Must be able to read, write, communicate effectively, maintain documentation, and provide professional references.
Preferred Experience and Skills
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) required.
· Experience in residential, group home, supported living, assisted living, ICF, or HCBS settings preferred.
· Management experience supervising, scheduling, training, or supporting direct care staff preferred.
· Strong knowledge of personal care, medication support, documentation, transportation, emergency procedures, and regulatory expectations.
· Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and person-centered care skills.
Certifications
· Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
· Medication Certification and CPR/First Aid Certification required and must remain current.
· CPI training required, if applicable.
