Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of six built on decades of experience. Ive spent over 33 years with State Farm, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to serving our customers.

Im a graduate of Queens College and a proud wife and parent. I stay active in the community by volunteering at a local animal shelter and participating in organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and Lions Club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Victoria Van De Ven - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Salary : $30,000 - $40,000
