What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Chef for Gourmet Market position at Victoria's Market - Long Island?
Looking for an individual with a passion for cooking all varieties of food for our gourmet Market. This kitchen prepares all our hot foods, from grilling, broiling, frying, etc. You'll work along side our head chef and prepare dishes from seafood, pasta, vegetables, etc.
MUST be able to prepare the freshest quality products in a prompt and courteous manner
MUST have culinary experience
Must be able to follow recipes
Ability to operate, clean, and maintain equipment/machinery, tools, and workstations
Must be a team player
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Salary based on experience and skill
