We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join the team at one of the largest non-profit healthcare providers in the Pacific Northwest. This facility is home to the region's only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, and a world-class all-digital outpatient imaging center.
Part of a network of 120,000 caregivers across 50 hospitals and 1,000 clinics spanning Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Montana, New Mexico and Texas.
What You Will Do:
✔ Provide specialised nursing care to neonatal patients in the Level III NICU
✔ Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
✔ Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients and respond accordingly
✔ Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
✔ Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For:
✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔ Active Washington State RN License (required upon hire)
✔ BLS Certification — American Heart Association (required upon hire)
✔ NRP Certification — American Academy of Pediatrics (required within 90 days of hire)
✔ Minimum 1 year nursing experience
✔ NICU experience strongly preferred
What Is On Offer:
✔ $100,000 — $145,000 base salary depending on experience
✔ Full time, night shift, 36 hours per week
✔ Work with the region's only Level III NICU
✔ Part of one of the largest and most respected non-profit healthcare networks in the Pacific Northwest
✔ Richland, Washington location in the sunny Tri-Cities area
